A sunny christmas meant laying out on the deck most of the day under an umbrella. If you haven't tried smashing a chocolate orange before you should definitely do it, it's very satisfying. I am also the new owner of bananagrams ~ a word game with many variations you can play with scrabble tiles. Only I'm moving away and need my own set to take with me.

I can see what Lonely Planet was on about now when they talked about charming wooden houses tumbling down hillsides. Only two more weeks until I fly out!
